Job summary

Navy Region Northwest Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) seeks a CYP Direct Care Supervisor to assist the facility Director with supervisory oversight and instruction for CYP Direct Care Professionals in CDC and SAC programs. Provides oversight and accountability during all program hours.

The role involves directing staff work, performance reviews, training compliance, staffing decisions, and coordination of field trips to support developmentally appropriate activities for children and youth in

Qualifications

Specialized experience in the child and/or youth profession or education.
Knowledge of regulations and standards for CYP programs.
Ability to lead a team and coordinate scheduling and training.

Responsibilities

Directs work to be accomplished by staff.
Assigns work based on priorities and staff capabilities.
Conducts annual performance reviews of staff.
Participates in section staffing decisions.
Ensures staff receives proper training and adheres to policies.
Addresses disciplinary and performance issues timely.
