Job summary

Equinox is seeking Cycling Instructors in San Ramon to deliver the Equinox Cycle Pro experience across scheduled classes. Candidates should have a current cycling certification (Schwinn or Stages preferred) and CPR/AED certification, with strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise guidelines.

Availability includes mornings, evenings, and weekends. Instructors will teach 2–5 classes regularly, monitor class intensity, and assist members with bike adjustments.

Qualifications

Must possess a current cycling certification (Schwinn or Stages preferred) or equivalent.
Must possess and maintain CPR/AED certification.
Solid knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and ACSM guidelines.
Eager to learn and pursue ongoing professional development.
Friendly, vibrant, and outgoing personality required.

Responsibilities

Deliver the Equinox experience in each cycling class.
Adhere to class descriptions and adjust intensity as needed.
Ensure classes start and end on time.
Provide basic bike technical support to enhance member experience.
Teach regularly with minimal substitutions.
Maintain 2–5 scheduled classes with availability mornings, evenings, or weekends.
Coordinate with Group Fitness Managers on feedback and logistics.
