Job summary

Equinox Group seeks Cycling Instructors in Aventura. We offer The Equinox Cycle Pro training to educate experienced instructors for success. After training, instructors deliver the Equinox experience and manage class intensity while keeping to schedule.

The role requires a cycling certification (Schwinn or Stages preferred) and CPR/AED. Must be personable, eager to learn, and committed to member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current cycling certification; Schwinn or Stages certifications recommended.
• Must possess and maintain CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of basic anatomy, kinesiology and fitness guidelines.
• Eagerness to learn, develop professionally and communicate well.
• Friendly, vibrant and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Equinox cycling experience in each class.
• Monitor and adjust class intensity for participants as needed.
• Ensure classes start and end on time.
• Assist with technical/bike issues to maximize member experience.
• Teach a minimum of 2–5 classes regularly with flexible scheduling.
