Equinox in San Ramon is looking for Dance Instructors to provide the Equinox Experience in each class. Responsibilities include monitoring exercise intensity, teaching classes regularly, and ensuring timely starts and finishes. Ideal candidates will possess a certification in their discipline and current CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Equinox Experience to members in each class.
• Adhere to class descriptions and modify intensity for participants.
• Monitor exercise intensity throughout the duration of classes.
• Ensure classes begin and end on time.
• Teach respective classes regularly with minimal subbing.
• Communicate with Group Fitness Manager about feedback and scheduling.

Skills

Current certification in discipline or Dance Education

Experience teaching in a group environment

Current CPR/AED certification

Knowledge of basic anatomy and kinesiology

Willingness to learn and continue professional development

Friendly, vibrant, and outgoing personality
