Job summary

Konecranes in Springfield, OH is seeking a Cycle Counter to monitor warehouse inventory and perform cycle counting to ensure accuracy. You will work with SAP and Microsoft Office to process paperwork and maintain inventory records.

Responsibilities include completing physical inventories, reconciling variances, generating reports, and collaborating with other departments to improve processes. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and 1-3 years of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• General knowledge of standard warehouse practices and procedures along with inventory control software.
• Knowledge of SAP a plus
• Must use professional oral and written communications skills.
• Produce work independently, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Investigate and reconcile variances in counts in a timely manner.
• Generate cycle count reports and report numbers to management.
• Develop process enhancements to eliminate inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate and integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
• Work with controllers and outside auditors on audits.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Office to process paperwork.
