Job summary

Hubner Manufacturing is seeking a Cycle Counter to maintain accurate inventory records through routine cycle counts and audits in a manufacturing setting. • Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and work independently or in a team.

• Perform scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Verify inventory quantities and locations within the ERP or inventory management system.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes of variances.
• Reconcile inventory differences and document corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transaction integrity.
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure proper material movement and reporting.
• Monitor inventory accuracy metrics and assist in achieving inventory control objectives.
• Identify and report process issues that impact inventory accuracy.
• Assist with physical inventories and year-end inventory audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and material handling.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through routine cycle counts and inventory audits within a manufacturing environment.
