Core-Mark International in Columbus, OH is seeking an Inventory Cycle Counter to tally physical inventory and improve warehouse record accuracy. You will count materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies to provide up-to-date records and support efficient warehouse operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of inventory experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office is expected; AS400 or SAP familiarity is preferred.

Formación

• 1–3 years of inventory experience in a warehouse.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Commitment to quality customer service via clear communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to count and perform inventory duties with math accuracy.
• Forklift certification & ability to operate equipment with PPE.
• Experience with AS400 or SAP preferred.
• Ability to work in freezer/cooler environments.

Responsabilidades

• Count materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies in-stock; create total inventory records.
• Compare inventories to office records and compute figures from records.
• Verify clerical computations against physical stock; investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory rotations and recommend improvements.
• Prepare reports such as inventory balances and cycle counts.
• Identify depleted items and propose surveys of defective items.
• Maintain shrink at or below company standards.
• Understand how different departments impact inventory and integrity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
