Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation in Clinton, NC is seeking a Cycle Counter to manage daily inventory counts, monitor results, and support receiving and shipping activities. You will use SAP and Warehouse Management System to track materials, investigate discrepancies, and help ensure accurate labeling and quantities.

Ideal candidates bring a HS diploma or GED, 12 months of manufacturing/logistics experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; minimum 12 months in Manufacturing or Logistics.
• Good written and oral communication skills essential.
• Proficient in SAP to retrieve and track information and in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counting program and monitor results.
• Count inventory, material receipts, shipments, and work in process.
• Investigate discrepancies and root causes of inaccuracies.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed, such as forklifts and cranes.
• Use Warehouse Management System for daily tasks and data entry.
• Assist Receiving/Shipping to ensure proper labeling and units of measure.
• Review source documents to determine current material requirements.
