About the Role

How you will contribute

Perform cycle counts as per daily requirements and investigate discrepancies as they arise.

• Operate strictly according to Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure a “Right First Time” product for the customer.
• Assist in following up on customer concerns and sustain corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.
• Deliver the required throughput rate to support customer requirements.
• Able to work the scheduled hours deemed necessary to meet production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.
• Move items from bulk containers, racks, shelves, or bins according to customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to work with a diverse group of people and be a team player.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Willing to undergo additional training to meet developing and changing business needs.
