The core responsibilities of this role include: Cycle counting approximately 90% of the day; operating MHE including Elevated Cherry Picker, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Truck approximately 100%, depending on site volume for picking, shipping, and receiving tasks.

Position: Cycle Counter
Shift: 2nd shift Mon-Fri, 3:10 PM - 11:10 PM, with some weekends and overtime when applicable.
Pay: $18.00 + $0.50 Shift Differential
Additional Incentives: Full-time employees are eligible for monthly referral bonuses!

Role Purpose: Responsible for the periodic and accurate counting of inventory to help control errors and ensure customer orders are on time and complete.

Key Accountabilities:

• Accurately check or count all products for inbound and outbound freight, ensuring products are free of damage and infestation, with production code dates properly recorded.
• Ensure order quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing meet customer specifications and requirements.
• Research inventory location issues such as mystery pallets and errors.
• Validate shipping errors and check for product recalls.
• Assist in areas requiring lift operator support, including inbound, picking, and outbound processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months warehousing/material handling experience preferred.
