This is a finance position responsible for performing cycle counts, maintaining records of material, equipment, merchandise, and supplies, and investigating count discrepancies. The role includes quality checks, supporting product recall processes, and serving as Will-call Clerk on scheduled Saturdays.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy of physical inventory counts through cycle counting and other assigned duties.
  • Perform warehouse cycle counts at least four times a year, including checks for discrepancies and product integrity.
  • Conduct quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items, collaborating with Merchandising.
  • Investigate causes of weight variances, receiving issues, and damaged products.
  • Proactively verify FIFO rotation and proper recording of reserves.
  • Oversee put-away and transfer processes conducted by staff.
  • Manage product transfers from cooler to freezer.
  • Review management reports to identify causes of inventory shrinkage.
  • Coordinate will-call orders as scheduled.
Qualifications

Preferred: 1 year of experience.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficient in writing routine reports and communicating effectively.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to communicate clearly.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
