Hain Celestial / Garden Veggie Straws Mountville facility is searching for a Cycle Counter (1st Shift) to join our team. If you thrive in a detail-focused and hardworking environment this is the place for you.The cycle counter is responsible for conducting both scheduled and unscheduled inventory cycle counts as part of the larger inventory control team.

Schedule/Hours: 1st Shift: Monday- Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm; Saturdays as need it.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs cycle counts using RF equipment according to a set schedule and as needed for investigation of inventory discrepancies.
  • Reconciles the staging location following completion of manufacturing orders.
  • Documents resources required to be issued or removed from the associated manufactured order(s).
  • Documents physical counts of both manufactured and procured materials.
  • Research inventory discrepancies and reconciles them in a timely manner.
  • Follows all GMP requirements as they pertain to safety, food safety, and quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum six months experience in a Production capacity or related role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate PIT Electrical C/B Stand-Up Forklift (1) and Narrow Aisle Reach (II) in pedestrian congested areas and close quarters racking.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to sustain walking and or standing in the warehouse for the duration of each shift.
  • Must have motor skills commensurate with the essential functions of the job.
  • Must be certified to operate forklift/reach truck at current or previous company.
  • Strong computer skills including demonstrated experience with Microsoft office and inventory control systems.
  • Must be able to work in a safe manner with serious regarding for quality of the materials being handled.
  • Must be able to work efficient in a face paced, multi-tasking environment, while keeping correct data.
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience with an inventory control system (Data Entry/Material Transfer)
  • Cycle Counting Experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work weekend shifts as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • New starting wage is $19.00 / hour (commensurate with experience and location). *Note that rate could change based on shift schedule.
