Job summary

ENSTRUCTURE LLC is seeking a warehouse inventory associate in Wilmington, DE, to lead cycle counts, verify products, and manage inventory to maximize space and accuracy. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and work to meet daily targets.

You will handle OS&D reporting, communicate with customers about inventory levels, and assist in inventory audits and procedure improvements, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with export requirements and documents.
• Must have or meet TWIC card eligibility and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cycle counts and verify customer-supplied products.
• Handle OS&D reporting and communications with customers.
• Document items over-/under-ship and damaged upon receipt.
• Process inventory adjustments.
• Count inventory and compare to logs and documents.
• Assist with customer inventory audits.
• Communicate inventory levels daily with customers.
• Assist in holding inventory releases and code applications.
• Review receiving docs for accuracy and documentation.
• Research inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor daily receiving log and inventory control paperwork.
• Monitor and reconcile receiving discrepancies or damaged shipments.
• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping in work areas.
• Support team goals and department procedures.
