Job summary

Save A Lot in Williamsport, MD is seeking a warehouse inventory control worker to perform daily cycle counts and suggest changes to inventory levels. You will support slotting, process changes in Triceps, and assist with training for shift staff to ensure accurate movement and reporting.

The role requires a high school diploma, proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and at least one year in inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• One year experience in warehouse inventory control systems or related equivalent.
• Certification in operation of power equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a multitask environment.
• Positive work history including safety and attendance.
• Able to handle fast paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.
• Attention to detail and analytically driven.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counting tasks and recommend needed changes
• Process inventory changes or product re-slotting as instructed by the warehouse supervisor
• Process inventory changes within Triceps
• Supports system training needs for shift employees responsible for inventory movement
• Works closely with supervisor to facilitate timely and efficient inventory movement
• Provides daily operational inventory system reports from Triceps Inventory Management Systems
• Process random weight and/or produce orders as required to facilitate inventory counts and shipping practices
