Job summary

Johnny Janosik seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to manage product movement, tagging, and inventory accuracy across showroom and warehouse locations. You will use handheld scanners and computer systems to process merchandise while reporting variances to management and maintaining safety.

The role requires independent work, strong math, and solid teamwork. You will handle daily tasks with attention to detail and support cycles counting efforts across Delaware locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workflow on a daily basis to accomplish required tasks.
• Communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
• Must be able to lift heavy furniture up to 500 lbs. safely and with assistance; work at heights up to 40 ft.

Responsibilities

• Tag opened and unopened product to maintain inventory accuracy and correct variances.
• Report quality variances to warehouse management.
• Check emails and respond to requests such as returns, mis-tags, or missing product.
• Use handheld scanners and computer systems to process merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with safety standards.
• Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports to reconcile variances and support cycle counts.
