Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with cyberspace operations or cybersecurity.
• Experience with Instructional Systems Design and course material creation.
• Experience developing or delivering training per Joint publications, doctrines, and policy implementations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs to validate content and evaluate content effectiveness.
• Ability to learn technical and operational material quickly from published documentation.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Develop training introducing DoD personnel to cyberspace operations.
• Collaborate with SMEs and product designers to capture training needs and advise on learning solutions.
• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences and lesson materials.
• Collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick model).
• Lead and mentor in the classroom as an instructor and facilitator.
