Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with adult learning theory and instructional technologies.
• 3+ years of experience with the DoD or IC.
• 2+ years of experience with technical training development, including training for technical systems.
• Experience authoring instructional materials, learning objectives, and knowledge and performance tests.
• Experience facilitating or instructing material.
• Experience with competency frameworks.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities
