Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cyber Training Developer to drive a multi-year technical training program and magnify cyber training capabilities for clients. You will collaborate with military leadership and technical experts to build, validate, and deliver hands-on training for advanced learners across a collaborative team.

A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required, along with technical and instructional design expertise.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) or Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).
2+ years of experience with development, testing, management, operations, or training of networked hardware and software systems.
Experience creating and configuring virtual hosts and networks using VMware in support of training content development or instructional scenarios.
Experience with the development, deployment, operations, maintenance, training, or administration of Windows or Unix-based operating systems.
Experience with assessing student understanding, skills, and abilities to gauge proficiency in the subject.
Ability to translate complex concepts or data into graphically appealing and easy-to-understand presentations for a broad range of audiences.
Ability to navigate in an ambiguous, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Bachelor's degree
