Job summary

EY is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager to drive strategic cyber solution development and support priority account growth across client engagements. You will act as a trusted advisor to account leadership, helping clients address complex cyber risks while expanding EY Cyber services.

You will collaborate with partners, architects, and global practices to deliver differentiated solutions, pursue opportunities, and position EY as a leading cyber transformation advisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of cybersecurity consulting or advisory experience.
• Experience leading large-scale cyber transformation programs and sales pursuits.
• Experience working with CISOs and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated cybersecurity solutions aligned to client objectives and risk priorities.
• Design offerings spanning Cyber Defense & Fraud and repeatable service offerings.
• Develop operating models, staffing plans, roadmaps, and target architectures.
• Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and GenAI into cybersecurity solutions.
• Support account growth and executive-level discussions on cybersecurity transformation.
• Drive pursuit materials, proposals, and contract negotiations.
