Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Coordinator to support DISA GSM-O II CSSP services in Utah. The role coordinates training events, maintains calendars, and tracks qualification statuses to ensure mission readiness.

You will liaise with trainers and stakeholders to provide end-to-end administrative support for readiness activities. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience, plus strong MS Office and data-tracking skills.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, IT, cybersecurity or related discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating training, scheduling or administrative activities.
• Experience maintaining records, tracking completion, and supporting reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and admin support for cybersecurity training events and readiness activities.
• Maintain training calendars, rosters, materials, links, facilities and equipment needs.
• Track completion, qualification status, development plans, and training requirements.
• Maintain training records, attendance rosters, assessments, certificates and docs.
• Support data collection and validation for workforce metrics and reports.
• Identify overdue or expiring training and coordinate timely resolution.
• Assist with development, formatting, distribution and version control of training materials.
• Coordinate with trainers to ensure current materials and learner access.
• Provide logistical support for collective training events and exercises.
• Collect participant feedback and document lessons learned and improvements.
• Support onboarding by coordinating required training and orientation materials.
• Respond to routine inquiries and escalate complex policy questions to Lead Trainer.
