Florida Digital Service in Tallahassee, FL, is seeking a Training Consultant to design and deliver engaging training programs across enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and policy initiatives. The role supports onboarding and professional development and requires collaboration with internal leaders and subject matter experts.

The position is in-office and based in Tallahassee, with responsibilities including creating learning resources, facilitating sessions, and maintaining training content

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of professional experience developing or delivering training, instructional materials, educational programs, or organizational policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training materials.
• Create presentations, participant guides, job aids, reference materials, and learning activities.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for FLDS employees and agency partners.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal leaders to develop and update training content related to cybersecurity, digital services, enterprise technology, and agency initiatives.
• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Evaluate participant feedback and recommend improvements to training materials and delivery methods.
