Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience developing or delivering training, instructional materials, educational programs, or organizational policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals.
• Ability to translate complex policies and technical information into clear training materials and job aids.
• Experience with technology or cybersecurity-related training (preferred).
