Job summary
Influxinfosys in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an experienced IT Training Manager / Training & Instructional Design Specialist to support enterprise technology modernization and software implementations. Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional training experience, including IT curriculum development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in instructional tech, CS, IS, or related field.
- 2+ years in training management.
- Experience with ERP systems, business process transformation, and enterprise software implementations.
- Strong knowledge of ADDIE/SAM or similar instructional design frameworks.
- Experience supporting large-scale modernization initiatives in private, public, or government sectors.
- Experience creating job aids, quick reference guides, videos, and multimedia learning materials.
- Advanced curriculum development and instructional design capabilities.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with executive leadership to end users.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage training initiatives for enterprise tech implementations.
- Develop training strategies, curricula, learning paths, and delivery plans.
- Conduct needs assessments and identify gaps.
- Design instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and multimedia training.
- Create instructor/student guides, job aids, QRGs, and process docs.
- Apply ADDIE/SAM or similar frameworks to materials.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams on system changes.
- Support ERP and software implementations with readiness activities.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer.
- Track deliverables and stakeholder communications.
