Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing technical leadership and support to strategic customers with minimal direction.
• Manage support interactions, advocate for customers, and escalate when needed.
• Direct crisis and incident response with cross-functional teams.
• Meet with clients remotely and on-site to review status and upcoming releases.
• Create executive presentations outlining performance, ROI, and forward actions.
