Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance eligible
• 5+ years IT leadership experience
• 5+ years IT strategic planning
• 5+ years workforce planning and budgeting
• 5+ years information security and privacy experience
• 5+ years investment management experience
• Experience supporting digital equity and accessibility

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain requirements/resources/performance management
• Lead security framework adoption (NIST/ISO 27001/CMMC)
• Oversee risk assessments and vulnerability testing
• Coordinate internal/external security audits
• Direct cross-team task coordination to prevent resource conflicts
• Lead crisis response during major security incidents
• Oversee third-party security vendors and ensure compliance
• Promote security-first culture and workforce education
