Job summary

State of Oregon's Enterprise Information Services (EIS) Cyber Security Services invites you to join as Cybersecurity System Support in Salem. You will provide comprehensive customer support for enterprise cybersecurity software, assist with system administration, configuration, maintenance, and enhancements, and help implement changes to improve functionality and security.

Work is hybrid; you will collaborate with IT teams, handle tickets, prepare reports, ensure service quality, and stay

Qualifications

• Two years of information systems experience in cybersecurity, software support, help desk, system administration
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field
• Two-year accredited vocational training program in information technology or closely related field

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and technical assistance for enterprise cybersecurity software platforms
• Support system administration, configuration, maintenance, and application enhancements
• Assist with implementing software changes, troubleshooting technical issues, and identifying opportunities to improve system functionality
• Provide high levels of customer service and participate in cross-functional problem-solving teams
• Support customers via phone, computer, and in-person to address general inquiries, prioritize and manage support tickets
• Provide troubleshooting IT support and help manage report preparation and distribution
• Identify and resolve software and hardware compatibility issues, monitor software performance and service quality
• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and update process documentation
• Support ongoing improvements to cybersecurity applications
