Qualifications

• 5 – 8 years of security customer support experience in the Information Security industry.
• Ability to deal with changing priorities and multi-task several projects.
• Excellent technical and business writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer-reported cybersecurity incidents.
• Investigate and analyze security incidents to identify root causes.
• Provide clear and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Monitor and analyze security alerts to identify potential threats.
• Assist customers with the configuration of cybersecurity solutions.
