Job summary

CloudSEK is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to join our remote, globally distributed team. You will blend Product Support, Cyber Threat Takedown Operations, and Security Event Analysis to defend customersʼ digital assets.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in cybersecurity or threat detection, strong communication, and the ability to work in rotating shifts covering LTAM and US time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Strong interest or experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or SOC operations.
• Experience with support ticketing tools (Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira Service Desk).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues via email, chat, or phone.
• Monitor alerts and incidents on the CloudSEK portal and perform initial triage.
• Document response steps and escalate incidents per protocols.
• Stay updated on cyber threats and tooling to improve detection.
