Job summary

SHI International Corp. is hiring a Sr. Solution Marketing Manager – Cybersecurity to drive positioning and GTM activation for SHI’s cybersecurity portfolio. You will translate complex capabilities into customer outcomes, partner with leadership and sales, and guide launches with cross-functional teams.

You will shape market-facing messaging, develop solution playbooks, and use customer insights to keep SHI’s cybersecurity offerings competitive and aligned to buyer needs.

Responsibilities

• Translate executive goals into GTM plans.
• Develop messaging for business and technical audiences.
• Partner with cybersecurity practice for product positioning.
• Collaborate with sales and enablement teams.
• Roadmap product/services priorities for launches and campaigns.
• Define clear solution narratives and differentiators.
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer research.
• Create sales assets, playbooks, and case studies.
• Drive demand gen campaigns to generate quality leads.
