Job summary

VLCM is seeking a Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer in Murray, Utah to design and architect security solutions, perform on-site and remote client consulting, and drive pre-sales activities. You will position, demonstrate, assess, and implement enterprise security solutions, supporting clients throughout their technology journey.

The role collaborates with the sales team to address security challenges, develop BOM/SOW, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and deliver up-to-date documentation and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of professional IT security experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, and architect security solutions for clients.
• Communicate technical capabilities based on customer requirements.
• Assist customers with Proof of Concept (POC) of proposed solutions.
• Create BOM and SOW documents for qualified opportunities.
• Respond to RFI/RFPs.
• Provide clients with up-to-date project documentation.
• Conduct presentations of technical concepts for clients.
• Complete partner and vendor certifications as required.
