Job summary

VLCM, a Utah-based IT solutions provider, seeks a Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to design and architect security solutions for client needs. You will perform on-site and remote client consultations from a pre-sales perspective, and collaborate with sales to deliver proactive security guidance.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six+ years of professional IT security experience.
• Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect security solutions for clients based on VLCM's security portfolio.
• Perform on-site and remote client consultations from a pre-sales perspective.
• Develop BOM and SOW documents for qualified opportunities.
• Respond to RFI/RFPs and provide ongoing project documentation.
• Present technical concepts and design security solutions for clients.
• Complete partner and vendor security certifications as required.
• Collaborate with sales to provide pre-sales updates and status reports.
