What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive direct sales to achieve order and revenue goals for Networks and Cyber Services offerings
- Develop and manage an accurate sales forecast and pipeline of Connected Services opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and contract requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the sales team to ensure effective communication
- Collect and analyze market data to inform growth strategies and target account planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
- Willingness to travel 30% of the time to assigned territories
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in consultative sales within the automation or manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of products and technologies related to Networking, Cybersecurity, and Automation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
- Experience in developing technical value propositions and quantifying return on investment
- Proven track record in executive-level selling and strategic account management
- Expertise or certification in Cyber Security standards, such as ISO 27001 or IEC 62443
