What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and pursue new leads and clients through cold calling and referrals to achieve production goals
- Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products and services, and make proposal presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Ability to manage multiple evolving priorities effectively
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- One (1) year of experience in commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related inside sales
- Demonstrated results in meeting production sales goals
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
