Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Business Management Analyst II to support CISA Sector Risk Management activities in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level deliverables to strengthen cross-sector coordination.

Responsibilities include governance material development, monthly reporting, engagement planning, and rapid-response support during emergent events. U.S. citizenship is required for this federal program.

Qualifications

• Four to eight years of experience in business analysis, program support, project management, risk management, governance, stakeholder engagement, or federal operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update governance materials (charters, bylaws, membership criteria).
• Ensure governance products align with CISA policies and sector coordination needs.
• Maintain sector membership lists and documentation.
• Prepare monthly governance reports and action recommendations.
• Develop and implement sector engagement plans.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and attendee lists.
• Prepare engagement summaries and post-engagement logs.
• Analyze attendance, participation trends, and stakeholder feedback.
• Identify risks and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Research critical infrastructure and sector challenges.
• Prepare briefing decks, white papers, and executive memoranda.
• Maintain project schedules, dashboards, and risk registers.
• Track dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Align engagements with national coordination processes.
• Provide executive-level support, calendar coordination, and document routing.
• Support rapid planning during urgent events.
• Produce rapid-response notes and after-action reports.
• Perform quality-control to meet DHS/CISA standards.
