Job summary

Cybermedia Technologies is hiring for an experienced Business Management Analyst II to support CISA sector governance and engagement activities in Arlington, VA. The role requires handling classified and unclassified engagements, documenting discussions, and producing executive summaries with DHS templates. Active Top Secret clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in federal program analysis, governance, policy research, or project coordination.
Excellent writing and notetaking skills in complex discussions.
Ability to handle classified or sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Maintain sector governance artifacts, membership records, decision logs, and dashboards.
Plan and execute classified and unclassified engagements, including logistics and briefings.
Take notes in classified settings and produce accurate records.
Research cyber, physical security, and critical infrastructure issues.
Analyze engagement data, risks, milestones, and stakeholder feedback.
Prepare executive summaries and reports using DHS templates.
Coordinate with senior officials and follow actions to completion.
Provide rapid analytical support during emergent events.
