Job summary

CyberMedia Technologies in Arlington, VA seeks an experienced SME Business Management Analyst to support CISA’s Stakeholder Engagement Division. The role combines policy work, risk analysis, and executive communications to shape DHS/CISA products.

An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required, with onsite work in Arlington and possible authorized telework. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Advise CISA leadership on cyber/physical threats and national-security implications.
• Lead research of legislation, policy, and threat information for stakeholders.
• Develop strategic studies, white papers, and executive briefs.
• Translate complex topics into actionable options for senior officials.
• Guide councils and sector engagement plans and rapid-response activities.
• Review materials for factual accuracy and policy alignment.
• Identify cross-sector risks and opportunities for policy adjustments.
• Support classified engagements and ensure proper security compliance.
