Mission Quality Partners seeks a Business Management Analyst II to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s council, advisory, and strategic engagement programs in Arlington, VA. Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable DHS Fitness Determination.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field or experience.
• Experience in business analysis, program support, or government operations.
• Experience tracking projects, deadlines, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong research, analytical, organizational, writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and executive materials.
• Ability to coordinate multiple meetings and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and in deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain council charters, bylaws, membership structures, and governance records.
• Maintain membership rosters, distribution lists, and inquiry logs.
• Track recommendations, votes, decisions, action items, risks, and deliverables.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
• Prepare agendas, pre-read materials, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate with government personnel and stakeholders for input and engagement.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify trends and risks.
• Research infrastructure topics, policies, and technology trends.
• Prepare background papers, issue analyses, and leadership-ready recommendations.
• Maintain project schedules, risk registers, dashboards, and status reports.
• Manage designated email accounts and maintain records.
