Blackpoint Cyber is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to connect Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support. You will translate product releases and messaging into field-ready content and coaching while building scalable enablement tools, including AI-assisted solutions.

In 2026, focus areas include onboarding new GTM hires, product rollouts, competitive intelligence, and keeping content current. The role may be remote in the USA, preferably hybrid in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, training, or similar technical role.
• Deep understanding of cyber security products, solutions, and industry trends.
• Able to explain complex concepts simply and train both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track record of building enablement solutions during transitions by prioritizing what matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new GTM hires with product, tools, messaging and industry context.
• Translate content into role-specific sales language for BDRs, AEs, and AMs.
• Provide competitive updates using available tools to source insights.
• Maintain up-to-date enablement content and resources for the team.
