Job summary

Blackpoint Cyber is actively growing its Sales Enablement function to align Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support around product releases, competitive positioning and marketing messaging. This role will build scalable enablement content and leverage AI-assisted tools to keep teams informed and productive.

We focus on onboarding new GTM hires, delivering rigorous content, and refining sales methodologies across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement or similar technical role
• Strong understanding of cyber security products and industry trends
• Experience training sales and technical teams on cyber security products
• Comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new GTM hires with product, tools, messaging, and industry context
• Translate product content into role-specific sales language for BDRs, AEs, and AMs
• Deliver regular competitive updates using available tools
• Keep team informed on cyber security trends, threats, and regulatory shifts
• Maintain accessible enablement content and resources for the team
