Job summary

SuperbTech, Inc. seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead medium-to-large technology, security, and data privacy initiatives within a complex organization.

The role requires executive communication, financial oversight, risk management, and the ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences. The candidate will manage high-priority programs across multiple teams, locations, and dependencies, driving on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning with security policies

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, or data privacy.
• Experience leading medium-to-large programs with multiple workstreams.
• Experience in a large, matrixed organization.
• Coordinate technical and business teams across functions and locations.
• Advanced knowledge of estimation, planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management, and change control.
• Experience with both traditional and Agile delivery methods (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and forecast-to-actual reporting.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on with project-management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate across business units, technical teams, and leadership.
• Track progress and hold owners accountable for tasks.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Administer change-control processes in line with approved scope.
• Communicate status, risks, milestones, and financial performance to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts and track variances.
• Assist with requirements gathering, inventories, data collection, and estimation.
• Organize meetings, document decisions, and drive actions to completion.
• Promote compliance with security policies and standards; maintain product knowledge.
• Provide leadership to junior PMs when needed; own assignments end-to-end.
