• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cybersecurity projects and programs simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives from planning through implementation and operational transition.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring alignment with organizational security objectives.
• Partner closely with cybersecurity leadership, security engineering teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate work across multiple teams and ensure effective prioritization and resource utilization.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
• Promote best practices in project management, governance, and cybersecurity program execution.
• Mentor and influence project team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.

We're partnered with a client seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead and deliver multiple cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives across an enterprise environment.

This role is ideal for a project management professional who combines strong program delivery expertise with deep experience managing initiatives of cybersecurity domains, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.

The successful candidate will manage concurrent enterprise cybersecurity projects, partnering with security leadership, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
