Job summary

AnaVation is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Agile Lead to support a cybersecurity program in San Antonio. You will lead Agile execution, coordinate staffing and priorities, and translate government requirements into executable team actions.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly, a related bachelor's degree, and proven SAFe/Agile leadership in DoD environments. This is an on‑site, full-time position in Texas with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; DoD/military experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day program leadership and Agile execution.
• Lead SAFe/Agile ceremonies and align priorities with mission requirements.
• Manage staffing, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Integrate RMF, Cybersecurity, and DevSecOps into Agile backlogs and roadmaps.
• Develop performance metrics and actionable recommendations for leadership.
