AnaVation is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Agile Lead to support a DoD cybersecurity program in our San Antonio office. This on-site role combines Deputy Program Manager responsibilities with hands-on Agile leadership supporting cybersecurity engineering, RMF, and cATO activities across multiple Value Streams.

Qualifications

Clearance: U.S. Citizen, TS/SCI; CI Polygraph preferred.
Experience in DoD, cybersecurity, and mission-critical environments.
Demonstrated Agile/SAFe leadership in technical delivery settings.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day program leadership and Agile execution.
Lead SAFe/Agile ceremonies and align priorities with mission requirements.
Integrate RMF and DevSecOps workflows across teams and stakeholders.
Coordinate staffing, risks, and delivery commitments to meet government objectives.
Mentor teams and drive continuous process and performance improvement.
