Job summary

AnaVation is seeking a Deputy Program Manager and Agile Lead to support a cybersecurity program in San Antonio. This on-site role combines deputy program management with hands-on SAFe/Agile leadership across multiple value streams and RMF activities.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of DoD/cyber/IT delivery leadership, SAFe certification, and a proven ability to translate government priorities into executable actions while fostering collaboration and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, Engineering, IT, or Info Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day program leadership and Agile execution across Value Streams.
• Lead SAFe/Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demos.
• Manage resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments to meet government objectives.
• Integrate cybersecurity and RMF activities into SAFe/DevSecOps workflows with ISSMs/ISSO/ISSEs.
• Support program leadership, staffing, performance reviews, and monthly reporting.
• Communicate program performance and risks to government and AnaVation leadership.
• Mentor teams and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
