Job summary

AnaVation is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our government-focused team in Reston, VA. This on-site role leads a team of managers delivering 24x7 cybersecurity event monitoring and threat analysis for IC/DoD customers.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI with CI poly, a PMP, and 10–12 years of leadership experience in IC/DoD programs, with strong briefing and program scheduling skills. On-site only, competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree
• PMP certification
• 100% on-site in Reston, VA
• 10–12 years in management, PM, or leadership roles in IC/DoD
• Experience briefing senior Government leadership
• Experience as a manager supervisor (recruiting, reviews, retention)
• Experience with Government contract financial reporting
• Experience with concurrent project delivery, performance, and reporting
• Willingness to be proposal key bid Program Manager for IC accounts
• Experience overseeing timesheet review, approval, and guidance
• Experience managing performance standards
• Experience with technical project planning, estimating, and scheduling

Responsibilities

• Provide direct engagement and oversight to multiple government clients
• Lead a team of managers in executing duties supporting 24x7x365 cybersecurity operations
• Support technical leads, recruiting, staff retention, and contract reporting
• Deliver briefings and strategic presentations for leadership
• Develop Integrated Master Schedule and risk-informed recommendations
