Job summary
AnaVation is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Agile Lead to support a cybersecurity program in our San Antonio office. This full-time, on-site role combines executive program leadership with hands-on Agile facilitation across RMF, cATO, and DevSecOps activities for multiple Value Streams.
The candidate will coordinate with Government leadership, ISSMs, ISSOs, ISSEs, and cloud engineers to translate evolving priorities into executable team actions, ensuring delivery commitments align with
Qualifications
- Agile leadership experience in technical delivery environments.
- Knowledge of DoD RMF and cybersecurity operations.
- Experience engaging Government customers and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day program leadership and Agile execution across Value Streams.
- Lead SAFe/Agile execution, planning, backlog refinement, and cadence alignment.
- Manage staffing, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments to meet mission objectives.
- Integrate cybersecurity and RMF activities into DevSecOps workflows with diverse engineers.
- Develop and communicate program performance metrics and actionable recommendations.
