Job summary

TUV SUD America, Inc. seeks a Senior Lead Auditor to conduct third-party management system audits (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, TISAX) across multi-site organizations within our sustainability portfolio.

You will oversee onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors, monitor performance, and coordinate pre-/post-audit activities in collaboration with the Operations Manager. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Third-party Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 27001, ISO 27701, TISAX, or equivalent cybersecurity program.
• 5+ years of experience conducting 3rd-party certification audits, including complex/multi-site organizations.
• 3+ years of people-leadership experience managing direct reports or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of certification body processes, accreditation rules, and management system standards.
• Understanding of market and customer requirements to inform product strategy and business development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client/internal stakeholder interactions.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management system audits with target ~50% audit utilization.
• Support onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors for sustainability portfolio.
• Monitor auditor performance, rejection rates, and quality indicators; take corrective action as needed.
• Facilitate pre-audit and post-audit activities with Operations Manager.
• Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management tools and documentation.
• Develop and implement product portfolio strategy aligned with global/regional objectives.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to sustainability services.
