Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking an experienced Lead Auditor/Manager to oversee management system audits within our sustainability portfolio. You will guide onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors, while monitoring performance and quality metrics across multi-site assignments.

You will help shape the product portfolio strategy, collaborate with regional teams, and support sales and marketing initiatives for sustainability services. Domestic travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Lead auditor qualification for ISO 27001, ISO 27701, TISAX or equivalent cybersecurity program.
• 5+ years of 3rd-party certification audits, including complex multi-site orgs.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing direct reports or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of certification body processes, accreditation rules and standards in the product line.
• Understanding of market and customer requirements to inform product strategy and business development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management system audits with ~50% audit utilization.
• Support onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors for the sustainability product portfolio.
• Monitor auditor performance, rejection rates, and quality indicators; take corrective action.
• Coordinate pre-audit and post-audit activities with the Operations Manager.
• Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management tools and documentation.
• Develop and implement portfolio strategy aligned with global/regional objectives.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to sustainability services.
