Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking an experienced Lead Auditor to manage third-party certification audits across multi-site organizations within the sustainability product portfolio. You will onboard auditors, monitor performance, and align product strategy with global and regional objectives.

The role requires a Lead Auditor certification (ISO 27001/27701/TISAX or equivalent), 5+ years audit experience, 3+ years of people leadership, and strong client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Lead Auditor certification for ISO 27001/27701/TISAX or equivalent cybersecurity program.
• Minimum 5 years of experience conducting third-party certification audits.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Solid knowledge of certification body processes and management system standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management system audits with ~50% audit utilization.
• Support onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors for the sustainability portfolio.
• Monitor auditor performance, rejection rates, and quality indicators.
• Coordinate pre-audit and post-audit activities with Operations Manager.
• Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management tools.
• Develop and implement product portfolio strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to sustainability services.
