Job summary

TUV SUD America, Inc. seeks a seasoned Lead Auditor to manage third-party certification audits across ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and TISAX, supporting a scalable sustainability product portfolio. You will coordinate with global and regional teams and drive audit excellence.

You will lead audit programs, mentor auditors, and work with clients to define requirements, ensure compliance, and foster knowledge management and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 27001, ISO 27701, TISAX or equivalent cybersecurity program.
• 5+ years of experience conducting 3rd-party certification audits across complex/multi-site orgs.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing direct reports or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of certification body processes, accreditation rules, and standards.
• Understanding of market and customer requirements to inform product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management system audits targeting ~50% audit utilization.
• Support onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors for sustainability portfolio.
• Monitor auditor performance, including rejection rates and quality indicators, and take corrective action.
• Coordinate pre-audit and post-audit activities with Operations Manager.
• Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management tools and documentation.
• Develop and implement product portfolio strategy aligned with global/regional objectives.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to sustainability services.
